At Chappell Barrett, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently while ensuring a seamless experience. Below, you’ll find our shipping details, including delivery times, costs, and international shipping options.

Shipping Within the UK

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent): £3.99 – Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days.

• Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or equivalent): £7.99 – Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. During peak times, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your order’s progress.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to select countries.

• Europe: £14.99 – Estimated delivery within 5-10 working days.

• Selected other Countries: £23.99 – Estimated delivery within 7-14 working days.

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

• Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next working day.

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

• If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link for updates.
