Whilst we really hope that you love your product, but we also understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right.

We’re happy to offer a refund within 30 days of you receiving your order (minus postage and packaging).

If you’ve received an item as a present, you can return this to us for an exchange or a credit note only.

All items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them. If they are returned to us in any other condition (i.e. screwed up or dirty) we will assume that they have been worn and we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange for the items.
