How to Measure

1. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure under your arms and parallel to the floor.

2. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, which is usually the narrowest part of your torso.

3. Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

4. Sleeve Length: With your arm slightly bent, measure from the centre back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist.
