Launch Day: The Road to Here

Months in the making. Tonight, it all kicks off.

The past few months have been a blur. Sleepless nights, endless planning, and more last-minute adjustments than I care to admit—but here we are. March 21, 2025. Chappell Barrett officially launches today.

Looking back, this all started as an idea between mates. A brand with a purpose—something more than just clothing. The past year has been about bringing that vision to life, and the past few weeks? Chaos. Controlled, at times. But mostly just chaos.

One Month to Go

A month ago, the to-do list felt endless. Finalising the Resilience Collection, prepping the website, setting up the launch party—each task ticking down as the days disappeared. We filmed The Story Behind Chappell Barrett, just talking about why we started this. It felt right—raw, honest, no fluff.

At the same time, we were deep in content planning. Photoshoots in the wind and rain on Bodmin Moor, capturing what resilience really looks like. Studio shoots, flatlays, teaser posts—trying to show people what we’ve been working on without giving too much away.

Two Weeks to Go

The Exeter Charity Fashion Show was a big moment. Seeing the Resilience Collection on the runway in Exeter Cathedral—it hit differently. Proof that all of this was real. The feedback was unreal, and it gave us the push we needed heading into these final weeks.

Meanwhile, the launch party planning was ramping up. The Crabtree in Fulham—our venue—sorted. Shirts packed, stock counted, speech drafts written (and rewritten). The small details started piling up. Did we order enough bags? Will the lighting be good for photos? How much merch do we bring? Every decision felt massive.

The Final Push

The truth is, pushing something like this over the line takes more than just good ideas and hard work. Some days, it feels like a mountain too big to climb. There were moments where doubt crept in, where exhaustion made it all seem impossible. But resilience isn’t just a word we stitched into a shirt—it’s what got us here.

We started this brand to stand for something bigger than clothing. For every guy who’s felt like giving up, for those who’ve struggled in silence, for the ones who keep going even when it’s tough. That’s what this is about. Some days, the weight of it all is heavy. But if you keep moving forward, step by step, the reward is there.

Now we’ve made it. Tonight, we throw open the doors, pour a few pints, and celebrate what we’ve built. The Resilience Collection goes live. Our first real step as a brand.

Whatever happens from here, today is a win.
